Bill Martin is a seasoned finance and real estate consultant with extensive experience in leadership roles. In his early career he served as Vice President of First Tennessee Bank N.A. Memphis and later as CFO of Fogelman Properties. Mr. Martin subsequently formed his own Financial Consulting Firm where he has been working with emerging growth companies for the past 25 years. His financial acumen and industry expertise provide key strategic insights to SOMAVAC’s board.
