He has a proven track record driving COGS reduction, new product introductions, quality and regulatory excellence, and supply chain optimization across global organizations.
Joe has held senior leadership roles including EVP of Operations, CEO/COO, VP/GM, and VP of Operations, managing multibillion-dollar P&Ls, global manufacturing networks, and mission-critical customer relationships. As a member of founding and executive teams, he has helped raise over $400M in capital, secured major strategic contracts, achieved multiple FDA clearances, and positioned companies for successful acquisitions and high-value exits.
